Weekly Report
Feb. 22nd, 2004 11:49 pmJust the highlights:
1) I got my car tax refund. Yay!
2) For anyone who has a spare $10 and wants to combat habitat loss and its devastating effect on wildlife, may I suggest The Nature Conservancy.
3) After a long hiatus due to injury, I was finally able to attend western martial arts class! I didn't do much but watch, but it was sure nice to get back to class! I'm looking forward to getting back to longsword again.
4) Took my brother to the Aquarium of the Pacific New Member Night. It was great! So much better than waiting in line behind hordes of schoolkids to get a chance to look at the fish during regular hours. The aquarium wasn't crowded, and although a few of the more day/night cycle sensitive exhibits were darkened, it was tons of fun. We got a kick out of 'finding Nemo' and his friends :) Even in real life, Dory is a crackup!
5) I may have found the solution to my long-suffering 'tennis elbow'. The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook is proving worth its weight in gold. If my luck (and persistence) hold, my left elbow may be pain free. Yay me!
